Welcome to Bebington Rambling Club. Based in Bebington, Wirral, our membership is drawn from residents across the peninsula who enjoy a good weekly walk in wonderful countryside, sharing friendly conversation and a friendly sense of community en route.
Regular walking brings real benefits in achieving both good mental and physical health, helping to keep us all fit and healthy. The ethos that drives many in Bebington Rambling Club is: 'We don't stop hiking because we grow old - we grow old because we stop hiking'. If you wish to renew your latent passion for fresh air and exercise, we are here to give you a very warm welcome. We positively encourage you to put your boots on and join us for one of our walks.
Bebington Rambling Club
We run a programme of Tuesday walks throughout the year, typically spending a day outdoors and enjoying a packed lunch whilst admiring some beautiful scenery. We also have coach trips during the summer months, walking holidays in the UK and abroad. There is a varied social calendar, with some events raising money for good causes, giving plenty of opportunities to get to know everyone in less familiar footwear for a change!
The current membership fee is just £10 per annum, so if you are interested in walking regularly, join us on one of our weekly walks - we would be delighted to see you.
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your name, address and telephone number and we will invite you to join some of our rambles as a guest before being asked to make an application for membership.
